Here at Wonder Woman Workshops UK we love a “clean treat”, and we love them even more when we (read: I) don’t have to make them. Steph, who was featured as our 15 minutes and 15 questions with last month has been whipping up some tasty vegan chocolate and almond butter fudge for us to sample after the group sessions.


Its so good I thought I’d be kind and share the recipe with everyone!

1 cup of coconut oil

1 cup of nut butter (Steph uses Almond and it tastes amazing)

2 cups of raw cacao

1 cup of pitted dates

2 pinches of unrefined sea salt

Soak your dates in hot water for about 20 minutes to make them soft and sticky. Carefully melt your coconut oil on very low heat. Place all your ingredients, except the almond butter, in your high speed blender and blend until soft and well combined. Add the almond butter at the end to keep the crunch. Spread evenly in a tin or container and place in the fridge for about one hour.
