Q) What is the exact location of Wonder Woman Workshops AUS?

Q) Is there parking available at a Wonder Woman Workshop AUS?
Yes. There is plenty of parking available outside the gym.
Q) What time do I need to arrive for my first group training session or personal training session?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before, to be sure we start on time.
If you have not trained with WWWAUS before, there will be PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) to fill before you commence training.
Your first session at WWWAUS is free for group sessions only. We do not offer free consultations or trial sessions for personal training.
Q) What should I bring with me to a workout?
You will need to bring:
- Change of clothes or a warm top layer for after (in case you get wet or dirty)
- Small snack if required (eggs, chicken, bacon, banana)
- Medication that you may require (Inhalers, diabetes medication, straps/wraps/bandages)
Q) What should I wear to a workout?
You should wear comfortable trainers, a sports bra and comfortable gym clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Q) How do I become a member at WWWAUS?
Let Suzie know that you’d like to sign up for a membership. We offer affordable fitness and have 2 payment plans for you to choose from.
We have a no lock-in contract and no joining fee policy. We ask that you give 4 weeks notice if you no longer wish to train at WWWAUS. Your account will be deactivated and you’ll no longer have access to wodify.
If you’d like to purchase personal training at WWWAUS, please speak to Suzie. We offer a no lock-in contract and joining fee policy for personal training.
Personal training sessions are organised between both parties at a time suitable for both.
We do not offer a refund on unused personal training sessions if you change your mind. It is your responsibility to sell them on to another member / friend or use them at a later date.
If you are unable to continue your scheduled PT sessions due to medical reasons, a refund may be available for the remaining sessions. You will need to submit a letter from your doctor clearly stating exercise restrictions prior to a refund being considered.
Q) Does WWWAUS offer any social media platforms to post on?
Yes, we have a private members group on Facebook called The Strength Pack. You’ll be invited to join the group via Suzanne Lubuska on Facebook.
The aim of the group is to liaise with past and current members about health and fitness or more specifically, information regarding the gym.

We offer no lock-in contracts and a no joining fee policy to ensure that fitness is available and convenient for all. Please have the common courtesy to ensure payments are made on time and the above information is adhered to.
