EXCUSES

You’re not too old, too fat, to skinny, not fit enough, not strong enough… to train at WWWAUS.

Our members and clients are all ages (from 14 years old to 72 years young), from different backgrounds, all shapes and sizes and have different health and training goals.

The one thing we all have in common is our love/(hate) relationship with training. We turn up because we respect our bodies – mentally and physically. Training is one of the simplest ways to give your body the love it deserves.
