Female Only Workshops

THE NEXT WONDER WOMAN WORKSHOPS IS TAKING PLACE ON:

SATURDAY JANUARY 30TH 2016, 10AM – 12AM

Wonder Woman Workshop’s are female only and are 2 hours long.  These workshops are held in Greenwich Park, South East London.

All abilities are welcome from beginners through to people who train regularly.  It’s a great opportunity to train in a supportive environment, learn new lifts and movements that can be incorporates into your own training or simply try something completely different and have fun.

Lifting weights and training with other women is not only fun, addictive and empowering, but it’s one of the quickest ways to lose body fat which means getting that lean physique and looking  and feeling awesome.
