What to expect
You’ll use a variety of kit and equipment that will keep you on your toes. Sometimes working on your own, other times working as part of a team. Either way, we guarantee you’ll have a lot of fun and walk out smiling.
What to bring
Wear comfortable trainers, a sports bra and comfortable gym clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Water and a small snack plus
any medication you may require is a good idea too.
