At WWWUK we would never recommend a diet of just pure juices or smoothies, however they can be a nice addition as a snack, or a quick alternative to conventional breakfasts and one that you can easily prep the night before and take with you wherever you go.

Take a look at some of the recipes below and let us know which ones you prefer!


Citrus power
1/2 grapefruit

1/2 lemon

1/2 green apple

1 cucumber

Handful of lettuce/rocket/watercress

Handful of mint leaves

1 tsp chia seeds

2 tsp greens powder

125-250ml coconut water



Savoury smoothie delight
1 bulb fennel

1 cucumber

3 stalks celery

100g spinach

125 ml coconut water


Coconutty berry smoothie
250ml coconut yoghurt (co-yo)

1 egg

handful of frozen mixed berries

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

Honey to taste


Green smoothie 1 

3/4 cup coconut milk

1 cup frozen pineapple


Banana bread smoothie
1 cup almond milk

2 frozen sliced banana’s

2 tbsp nut butter

Ground nutmeg to taste


Strawberry/coconut smoothie 
1 cup coconut milk

1 banana

2 cups of strawberries

1 tsp vanilla


Green smoothie 2 
5 ice cubes (optional)

Juice from 2 oranges

1 cup spinach

1 cup Kale

1 banana

Fresh mint if you have it


Super berry smoothie 
1/2 cup water

1 cup strawberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 cup of blueberries


Orange smoothie 
1/2 cup water

2 x grated carrots

2 x peeled oranges

pinch nutmeg
