Kettlebell Hell…

In pairs, complete the following movements for time.  One person working at a time.  Each person must have a turn on the KB’s in each round.

5 rounds for time (1 x round is all 50 movements)

 

10 x swings

10 x cleans

10 x push press

10 x walking lunges (KB in racked position)

10 x front squats
