Lest we forget

The eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month marks the signing of the Armistice, on 11th November 1918, to signal the end of World War One.  It is a special day set aside to remember all those men and women who were killed during the two World Wars and other conflicts.

WWWUK put together a Remembrance Day Workout which we did during our kettlebell session on Blackheath lastnight

‘Remembrance Day Workout’

11 Minute workout

Males 24kg and females 16kg (scale as needed).

Every minute  for 11 minutes perform 11 of the following movements.

  • 11 x double handed swings
  • 11 x pushups
  • 11 x goblet squats
  • 11 x burpees
  • 11 x single arm swing (right)
  • 11 x pushups
  • 11 x kettlebell push press (right)
  • 11 x burpees
  • 11 x single arm swing (left)
  • 11 x pushups
  • 11 x kettlebell push press (left)
