March’s Wonder Woman Workshop, Greenwich Park, London

Another successful Wonder Woman Workshops UK took place in Greenwich Park over the weekend! With an eager bunch of ladies rocking up for a 9am start the session kicked off with mobility drills (some interesting press up variations), kettlebell windmills and moved onto sprints and heavy squats!

I was very excited to have Bella Clayton Personal Training with Bella’s Buggy Boot Camp joining me as our Guest Coach! Bella is a professional boxer and was ready to put the girls through their paces.

Starting off with technique based drills such as 1-2 (jab cross), speed work and combinations Bella upped the pace and took each of the girls onto the body shield where they had the chance for a mental minute – basically to go as crazy as you want on the shield with all the encouragement from Bella standing behind… following this was a minute of ground and pound on the punch bag! Amazing!

Finishing off the session the ladies had a chance to get to grips with atlas stone lifts and technique, working upwards from 30kg to 50kg. Always impressive to watch. Some great feats of strength amongst us.

Brilliant to have so many awesome ladies setting goals and working hard to achieve them.
