Personal Training in 2016
Do you have a specific goal that you’re working towards but aren’t sure how to go about it? Or are you tired of your old routine and need something new to motivate you and achieve those desired results?
Wonder Woman Workshops UK provides personal training to clients across London and the South East (Greenwich, Blackheath, Deptford, Bermondsey, London Bridge, Canary Wharf).
Personal training sessions can take place indoors (at home or in your office) or outdoors (in your local park or back garden) and usually last for an hour. As well as one-to-one training, we offer small group personal training sessions for up to three people.
We highly recommend personal training if you’re new to fitness, are currently leading a sedentary lifestyle, have a specific challenge, race or event coming up or simply enjoy the individual focus and accountability!
