Staying fit during pregnancy never looks the same for each woman. Some women enjoy crossfit and weightlifting while other enjoy yoga, walking and lower intensity workouts. There really is no ‘one size workout’ that fits all.
It’s absolutely fine to modify workouts depending on how you feel and what your previous training history is.
If you’ve never done weightlifting before, Id highly recommend not starting while your pregnant, but if you have, I’d encourage you to continue if you feel ok to do so!
