Let’s take a moment to remember that the number on the scales doesn’t define you!

It’s not your personality.

It’s not how fat or skinny you are.

It’s not your intelligence.


Who invented the scales anyway?… What a douch! (FYI The spring scale was invented by Richard Salter, a British balance maker around 1770)

That number you look at is what you weigh at that time, on that day. Your hair, skin, eyeballs, muscles, bones, fingernails, organs, water, food… you get the picture! (Your head alone weighs 5-8kg)

Focus on putting good food into your body. Focus on moving everyday. Focus on sleeping well. Focus on saying something awesome to yourself everyday. Focus on being you.
