Group fitness sessions are FUN!
Train with a bunch of like-minded people at one of our group sessions and feel motivated and inspired to do things you never thought were achievable.
Our group sessions are designed to build strong resilient bodies. When you’re strong, daily life becomes eaiser. Ladies, I hear you asking ‘But will I bulk up?’… fear not, women don’t have as much testosterone as men so it’s much harder to do so.
Using a variety of kit and equipment, you will be coached throughout the session. Group sessions are aimed to challenge people of all abilities whilst taking part in an encouraging environment. Sessions are different each week, involving different kit, your own body-weight, working on your own and as a team.
