If you are new to training and want to get stronger, fitter and become more capable in everyday life or if you already have your fitness goals in place and want that extra weekly challenge, these sessions are for you.
You’ll use a variety of kit and equipment that will keep you on your toes. Sometimes working on your own, other times working as part of a team. Either way, we guarantee you’ll have a lot of fun and walk out smiling like a cheshire cat.
