Personal Training



Personal training with WWWAUS is designed to show you the benefits of making fitness a personal experience.  Personal training is about preparing you for everyday life.

There is no quick fix, no magic pill or shake – you don’t get stronger, leaner or fitter in a day, but we can guarantee that  if you follow our fitness plan you will see wholesome results.

We highly recommend personal training if you’re new to fitness, are currently leading a sedentary lifestyle, have a specific challenge, race or event coming up or simply enjoy the individual focus and accountability!

Personal training sessions take place at the WWWAUS HQ and usually last for an hour.  As well as one-to-one training, we offer small group personal training sessions for up to three people.
