Workout of the Week (WOW) – ‘Brilliant Burpees’ w/c 29th September
This weeks ‘Brilliant Burpees’ WOW was another deceptively hard workout, minutes 1-3 were a breeze, then the amount of rest participants were getting got less and suddenly the whole thing got a lot harder. Huge amounts of effort were put into this 8 minute set during the last week of group sessions – well done!
A special shout out goes to 13yr old Harry who achieved a record breaking 100 Burpees over the 8 minutes!
8 MINUTE WORKOUT:
Minute 1 : 3 Burpees
Minute 2 : 6 Burpees
Minute 3 : 9 Burpees
Minute 4 : 12 Burpess
Minute 5 : 15 Burpees
Minute 6 : 18 Burpees
Minute 7 : 21 Burpees
Minute 8 : 24 Burpees
Rest for the remainder of the minute
