WOW – Lucky 10

We are going to be doing the benchmark workout LUCKY 10 again this week.  For some of you this will be your first time while for others, their second or even third attempt.  Look back at your previous times and aim to equal or beat them.  There will be a 1k time and an overall time.  Good luck

10 press ups

10 squats

10 lunges

10 mountain climbers

10 bastard sprawls

10 TGU throwdowns

10 sit ups

10 tuck jumps

10 inchworms
